1. Each time in these general rules the following expressions and definitions will be used, they should be understood as follows

   1.4. Regulations - present regulations of service dated from the day 30.08.2017
2. Voting starts 06.09.2017 and ends 06.10.2017, however, 04.10.2017 preview of the number of votes collected by the candidate will be disabled. Announcement of the winner will take place on the day 07.10.2017
3. A voter who uses the service consent to apply all rules of regulations.

Rules of voting

You can vote through free-of-charge e-mail, however, if You would like to add support Foundations' operation in the area of applying new technologies, and international cooperation within the activation of people with disabilities, You can use a payable service PayPal.

You can cast only one vote a day on each candidate through one channel of voting, which means at most 2 votes through two channels of voting on one person. While voting through e-mail You need to enter Your e-mail address and confirm Your vote by clicking a link in the received e-mail (if You don't receive a feedback message please check Your SPAM).

1. The organiser has funded 25rewards in the form of "Warsaw on air" photo albums for randomly chosen participants.
2. Terms of participating:

II. Rewards drawing

1. The rewards drawing will take place on 15.10.2017. The computer will randomly choose 25 e-mail addresses, that took part in voting.
2. All e-mail addresses have the same value in drawing (the number of casted votes will not be taken into account).
3. A message will be send on drawn e-mail addresses - it will contain request about shipment details.

III Terms of reward receiving

1. Rewards will be sent to the given by winners' addresses on the organiser's cost, to the date of 25.10.2017

IV Final provisions

1. Personal details submitted to the organiser by drawn winners will be processed for expediency: sending rewards and will not be further transformed or stored longer than it will be necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.
2. Providing personal details is voluntary and is a condition of receiving a reward.
3. Participation in the contest is equivalent to acceptance of the drawing regulation.
4. The definitive interpretation of the regulations belongs to the organiser.
